Business Process Analyst Lead page is loaded## Business Process Analyst Leadremote type: Onsitelocations: Manila, Philippinestime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR3277Axos Business Center, Corp**About This Job** This role is crucial in driving business process improvements and efficiency across the organization and ensuring other Business Process Analyst team members succeed.**Responsibilities:*** Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and priorities* Ensure alignment of solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and best practices* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders* Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and project performance* Present findings, recommendations, and project updates in clear and compelling formats to facilitate decision-making* Recommend operational improvements by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating system capabilities* Develop and update process map and procedure documentation to reflect changes as needed* Gather, assess, and report data to establish metrics and on-going benefits tracking* Effectively and efficiently manage and report on agreed-to initiatives to completion**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Financial Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.* 2+ years of experience with business process documentation* Basic understanding of business process documentation using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).* Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook* Strong project management and communication skills* Independent and collaborative problem-solving* Attention to detail and analytical skills* Preferred leadership experience* Experience using Business Process Management tools such e.g. iGrafx, Signavio, ARIS, etc.* Experience with data comprehension and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI* Knowledge or experience in AI**About Axos**Born digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
