Job Overview

The SAP operator's main responsibility is to support production on SAP transactions for incoming and outgoing components on the shop floor. This position requires preparing and processing data, creating and modifying documents, and ensuring the accuracy of information within the system.

What your background should look like:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review daily production output and records
  • Monitor material and semi-finished goods inventory
  • Perform inventory variance checks and ensure system alignment
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
  • Adhere to standards based on approved procedures
  • Support quality objectives and programs
  • Cooperate during internal audits and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Comply with training requirements from HR, QA, and ESH departments
  • Report safety-related incidents or near misses
  • Manage waste disposal in coordination with proper channels
  • Suggest and lead improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce errors
  • Support team leaders, engineers, and supervisors during RCA/CA activities by providing accurate information and performing confirmation tasks

Requirements:

  • High School, Senior High School, Diploma Certificate, or Vocational Course graduate
  • At least 2 years of related experience in SAP (Production)
  • Computer literate; preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with root cause analysis, especially in inventory-related issues
