Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to customer placement to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing, and logistics, and outside suppliers. They focus on continuous improvement of material movement through production processes, establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks related to supply chain planning and forecasting to measure performance against goals regularly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage PR spare parts and inventory cycle counts.
  • Handle transportation, inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Use SAP for logistics, warehousing, and distribution management; interact with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone, fostering relationships.
  • Manage deliveries (local, import, export).
  • Assist warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, issuance, production, and FG management.
  • Follow rules, regulations, EHS, GST, and environmental health and safety standards related to responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Required Background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Strong experience in import and export processes.
  • Experience with PEZA and customs processing and documentation.
  • Proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
  • NCII certification in forklift operation is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Leadership and people management experience.
