JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Work with production planning and material supply functions to ensure attainment of Monthly Productivity Plan and Delivery.

• Work with the other manufacturing team to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company systems and procedures, meeting customer, international standards, regulative and legislative requirements. 

• Work with engineering teams to ensure the correct information is available in the right place at the right time.

• Work with continuous improvement teams to support lean manufacturing tools and techniques within the structures business.

• Work with tactical purchasing teams to support supplier component conformance.

• Support the Site Quality Manager in maintaining an effective Quality management System

• Work with Human Resource Department to ensure compliance to Company Policies and Procedures and develop a strong management and labor relationship.

• Operations supervisor must ensure that the manufacturing operations assigned with will operate at highest standard in Manufacturing Practice in relation to:

Health and Safety

Quality

Delivery/Productivity

Cost

Continuous Improvement

• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Bachelor's / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience

• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient

• With background and understanding on ERP system (E1,JDE or SAP)

• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills

• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year

• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan

• With at least a year in his/her current position
