Head - Technology Architecture

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Head - Data Architecture

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
• Over 10 years experience leading enterprise data architecture or engineering initiatives, ideally within banking or financial services
• Expertise in data modeling, cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), integration frameworks, and modern data processing technologies (Kafka, Spark)
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including BSP guidelines, global data privacy laws, and financial compliance reporting
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across business and technology domains
• Strategic mindset with a passion for building data-centric cultures and navigating agile environments in mid-sized financial institutions

Head - Security Architecture

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of enterprise security architecture experience within a regulated environment, preferably in banking or finance
• Proven expertise in Zero Trust frameworks, identity and access management, network security, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Comprehensive knowledge of BSP regulations and international standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving strategic alignment

Head - Data Engineering

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
• Advanced expertise in building scalable data pipelines using tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and modern data architecture practices including data warehousing, lakehouse, ETL/ELT workflows
• Preferred experience with real-time analytics, ML pipelines, data mesh, CI/CD, and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), plus relevant certifications
• Deep understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization techniques
• Proven leadership in data engineering across complex, large-scale environments, with strong stakeholder and team management skills

Head - Cloud Engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field is required; cloud certifications from major providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) are an advantage
• Background in cloud migration methodologies, tools, and best practices, with hands-on involvement in large-scale projects
• Proficiency in cloud security, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Practical experience applying Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4.0 and Agile methodologies in cloud projects
• Expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure performance optimization
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Head - Technology Architecture

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field is required; postgraduate degree or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification is an advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in two distinct IT disciplines such as technology architecture, server/network management, or cloud management
• At least 5 years of experience in technology architecture, along with 3 years in a leadership rolee; experience in banking or a related industry is an advantage
