Role Overview We are seeking a Compliance Reporting Specialist to join our team as a full‑time contractor, operating remotely from the Philippines. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of reporting and related compliance processes. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations, Training Team, and Quality Team to support investigative and reporting activities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication. Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations and reporting activities related to compliance cases as required. Perform reporting tasks, including: Identifying and verifying results. Checking samples are correctly located and documented. Reviewing associated forms and data for accuracy. Liaising with sites via phone and email to advise on next steps. Preparing and sending final reports. Collaborate with the Training and Quality Teams to flag and address irregularities or inconsistencies. Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold compliance standards. Undertake additional administrative or operational responsibilities as the role evolves. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and confident phone manner. Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage tasks under pressure. Outgoing personality with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude. Empathetic and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Prior compliance experience is an advantage (not mandatory). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications. Additional Requirements Be available for meetings and collaboration during core AEST or PHT business hours. Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
