Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Associate to support and enhance our online sales strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in online sales, marketing, and data analysis. Experience handling Shopee and Lazada is a must, as this role will involve optimizing performance on these platforms alongside broader e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in E-Commerce Operations – Support the execution of online sales strategies and ensure smooth digital operations across all platforms.
  • Manage Product Listings – Maintain accurate and up-to-date product details, pricing, and images on Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze Sales Performance – Track online sales, customer trends, and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Support Promotions & Campaigns – Assist in planning, preparing, and executing online promotions, discounts, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate Inventory & Orders – Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely order processing.
  • Monitor Customer Engagement – Track customer inquiries, reviews, and behavior to enhance the overall shopping experience and support customer satisfaction.
  • Packing and Fulfillment – Must be familiar with proper packing procedures and guidelines for Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce orders to ensure accurate and secure delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales
  • Experience managing Shopee and Lazada is a must
  • Strong understanding of online retail operations, including sales strategies and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in data analysis, sales tracking, and e-commerce metrics

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Offshore Site Operations Associate to support our ecommerce and merchandising teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient digital experience for Tea Collection customers through accurate product setup, merchandising execution, and promotion management. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to quality control.

Key Responsibilities

· Product Set-Up & Site Merchandising: Execute site refreshes and update creative assets across all product categories. Maintain and optimize category layouts to ensure intuitive site navigation and a visually appealing customer experience.

· Product Attribution: Attribute products based on hierarchy and tagging structures to ensure completeness and accuracy before site refreshes.

· Promotion Setup: Accurately build and test marketing and merchandising promotions. Ensure proper linking, discount application, and QA prior to go-live.

· On-Site Search Optimization: Apply and manage keyword rules to improve product visibility and site search conversion. Monitor and adjust based on engagement trends and business priorities.

· QA Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of site updates including product placement, navigation, linking, and promotions. Flag inconsistencies or errors in content, attribution, or merchandising logic.

· Issue Management: Identify and document site bugs or data issues. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

· Product Reviews Assignment: Locate reviews from repeat product styles and assign them to updated/new versions to support social proof and customer confidence.

Qualifications

· 2+ year experience in ecommerce site operations, merchandising, or digital execution.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Daily reporting experience to US-based vendors/clients with effective communication and inquiry skills.

· Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and merchandising tools (Mi9, Shopify etc)

· Effective communicator with the ability to follow process documentation and team workflows.

· Comfortable working in a Hybrid Set-up.

JOB SUMMARY: The Ecommerce Associate will be responsible for end-to-end management of their brand/s products stores—including listing creation and optimization, executing promotional strategies and growth marketing strategies across the company\'s online sales channels (i.e. Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End-to-end creation, management and optimization product listings to achieve excellent content quality score, maintain high search ranking and ensure listings align with brand standards, including the execution of systematic phase-out of outdated or discontinued products, including updating or removing listings and coordinating with procurement, inventory and digital teams
  • Implementing promotional strategies and tools to drive sales and enhance brand visibility, including coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, including recruiting and negotiating with affiliates, optimizing performance metrics, and overseeing promotional efforts
  • Planning, executing, and managing live streaming campaigns, including product selection, campaign enrollment, technical setup, and real-time engagement with viewers to ensure a high-quality broadcast and audience interaction
  • Analyzing and reporting the performance of initiatives, ensuring alignment with targets and industry best practices, while maintaining positive customer relationships and managing ROAS
  • Managing the storefront and ensuring a user-friendly experience while keeping the store\'s collaterals up to date with the latest campaigns
  • Preparing detailed competitor check reports with actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Scheduling video content across online platforms (Shopee & Lazada), ensuring timely and consistent posting to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a minimum bachelor\'s degree, preferably in a business, marketing or communications related field; Open for Fresh Graduates
  • 1-2 years experience in e-commerce account management, live streaming management or other related roles is a plus.
  • Has good knowledge of MS Office, especially excel (including formulas such as lookup, concatenate, pivot table and chart/table presentation), and Google Suite
