This is a remote position. Role: Senior IT Operations & Systems Manager (Remote, Philippines) Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Senior IT Operations & Systems Manager to own all technology and access management across our 60-person global e-commerce company. This person will be responsible for automating onboarding/offboarding, securing company systems, managing software access, and ensuring zero downtime or admin bottlenecks . You’ll work directly with the leadership team to implement efficient systems and policies that scale as the company grows. Key Responsibilities: System Administration & Access Management Serve as the primary admin for Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox and other company tools. Set up SSO, access groups, and directory syncs across all platforms. Handle automated user provisioning and deprovisioning (via tools like Okta, Rippling, or Google Admin automations). Maintain and enforce 2FA, password, and access policies across the org. Process Automation Build systems to automate onboarding and offboarding, minimizing manual founder involvement. Create templates and checklists for HR/department heads to handle routine IT workflows. Move shared credentials into a secure password manager (e.g., Bitwarden, 1Password). Security & Compliance Perform quarterly access and security audits. Manage endpoint security, ensuring laptops and devices follow company policies (screen lock, encryption, etc.). Ensure regular backups and version control for critical data and website infrastructure. Optimization & Tool Management Audit and optimize SaaS subscriptions (remove unused licenses, negotiate renewals). Document IT processes in a simple internal knowledge base (how-to’s, policies, troubleshooting guides). Partner with HR to ensure a smooth, automated tech experience for every employee. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of IT or systems administration experience (preferably in a remote or SaaS/e-commerce environment). Expert with Google Workspace admin, Slack admin, and common SaaS tools. Experience with identity management (Okta, JumpCloud, or similar). Strong understanding of network security, device management, and automation tools. Proactive problem solver — able to propose improvements, not wait for instructions. Clear communicator with strong written English (for documentation and system updates). Monthly salary: $2,500–$3,000 USD (full-time) #J-18808-Ljbffr
