Job Description

Do you have a passion for retail marketing, trade promotions, and brand growth? Are you a strategic leader who can inspire teams and deliver results? Asus Philippines is looking for our next Retail Marketing Lead to take our retail presence to the next level

Responsibilities
  • Lead retail marketing strategies from concept to execution
  • Manage trade marketing, merchandising, promotions, and campaigns
  • Oversee budget performance and competitive analysis
  • Mentor and lead a team of 4 direct reports
  • Coordinate with retail partners and travel to North/South Luzon, GMA, and VisMin to strengthen market presence
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Top 4 University preferred)
  • 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role (Telco or related industry a plus)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities
  • Willing to travel nationwide
