Pampanga Philippines La Grande Residence Full time

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner travel agencies, handling inquiries, bookings, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies to promote the company’s services and offerings.
  • Assist the Sr. Marketing Associate in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeted toward travel agencies and corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies regarding promotions, packages, and seasonal offers to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Front Office, Wellness & Spa, Admin Office) to ensure smooth coordination of reservations and guest requirements coming from agencies.
  • Maintain organized records of travel agency accounts, bookings, agreements, and communications.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing and sales strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Good written and oral English communication skills
  • Excellent PC Skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to manage client expectations
  • Ability to adapt to various situations and make sound decisions
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Tourism, or a related field
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, travel agency coordination, or related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Professional and Courteous
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset
  • Patient, responsible, and proactive in handling client concerns
  • Amenable to work in Angeles City, Pampanga
