Senior Digital Marketing Insights Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious and passionate Senior Digital Marketing Insights Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics and Performance Transformation team under Industrial Automation Business. This role centers on supporting web analytics and broadening its scope to include digital marketing analytics across social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising, with the aim of improving user engagement and driving conversions.
Responsibilities
- Web Analytics: Ensure accurate web tracking setups using Google Analytics, GA4, and other relevant tools; monitor user behavior and site performance;Analyze website performance data to generate insights that enhance paid media strategies, SEO, and CRO; conduct A/B and multivariate testing; provide actionable insights to improve UX and ROI.
- Digital Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze KPIs across digital marketing channels; develop attribution models for multi-channel campaigns; generate actionable insights from customer behavior data.
- Dashboard: Create dashboards and reports to help teams make data-driven decisions.
- Trend: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and analytics technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, statistics, data science, IT or related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing analytics, or similar roles
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Semrush) or similar tools
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM and online marketing strategies is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus

MARKETING ANALYST

The Marketing Analyst will shape marketing strategies and analytics best practices, driving traffic by reviewing data, developing analytics, and delivering recommendations to continually improve marketing campaigns. The role supports the consumer lifecycle, including online conversion analytics, product profitability and pricing, customer behavior analysis and segmentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ad-hoc KPI, pricing and product performance reports
- Monitor, identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets
- Review marketing efforts and identify elements that drive performance
- Develop actionable insights and strategic direction for marketing
- Identify customer trends and data-driven responses to guide strategy
- Conduct quantitative analysis and statistical modeling
- Make data-backed strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue and margins
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/analytical field; Master’s preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Excel and SQL; proficient in analytics tools
- Strong math, statistics, and data mining skills
- Comfort with large data sets; problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with R or Python; BI tools experience a plus
- Onsite work in designated location; region restrictions apply
