Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreements.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations affecting supply chain operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster professional growth and skill development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Head should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
