In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust supply chain plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our products. You will leverage your expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes to optimize our supply chain performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.**What You Will Do:*** Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans that align with demand forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory targets.* Lead demand and supply planning activities for assigned product lines, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Management teams to integrate business plans into the S&OP process.* Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast accuracy issues, and opportunities for optimization.* Manage inventory levels to balance customer service requirements with working capital objectives.* Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain planning processes, leveraging best practices and analytical tools.* Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.* Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, key metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.* 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.* Proven expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel.* Solid understanding of ERP systems and their application in supply chain processes.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.* Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.**Who You Are:*** A highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong problem-solving mindset.* An excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong relationships across various departments and with external partners.* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.* Committed to driving results and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.* A strong team player who can also work independently to achieve objectives.
