Job Highlights: 36-year established U.S. luxury travel brand High compensation for top-tier experience Growth-focused team environment Opportunity for international exposure Job Description: We are seeking an Experienced Luxury Travel Specialist / Coordinator / Advisor to support and grow our land and cruise division. The ideal candidate has a track record of working with U.S. clients and luxury suppliers worldwide or has successful history as a Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Craft and manage custom luxury travel itineraries Coordinate land arrangements and premium cruise bookings Liaise with international suppliers and DMCs Provide concierge-level client service Stay current with global travel trends, luxury brands, and destinations Work closely with our U.S. and Philippine teams to meet KPIs Job Qualifications: 3–5+ years' experience in luxury market (U.S. market preferred) or executive assistant type role Strong knowledge of global destinations, luxury hotels, or cruise lines preferred GDS and CRM system proficiency is preferred Exceptional English communication and client care skills Professional, detail-oriented, project management and sales-driven Additional Application instructions located below- Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: in person- Imus, Cavite Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10pm-7am overnight shift- US Market Benefits & Perks: Competitive base salary + performance incentives Paid leaves and holiday Career growth within a respected international brand Salary is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
