The Corporate Travel Specialist role involves coordinating and managing all aspects of business travel to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies. This includes booking flights, hotels, and transportation while securing the best rates, creating detailed travel itineraries, and providing ongoing support to employees before and during their trips. The role also requires staying informed on travel industry trends and regulations, managing travel budgets, and ensuring all bookings adhere to corporate travel policies and duty of care standards. The specialist will act as a key point of contact for travelers, offering assistance with changes, emergencies, and inquiries, while providing both office-hours and after-hours service as needed. About the Job Onsite in Robinsons Cybergate, Cebu City Full-time job; following US hours (9:00 PM- 6:00 AM local) Perks and Benefits Include In-house HMO on Day 1 with extra free 3 dependents Life Insurance policy on Day 1 Key Responsibilities Ensure traveler safety and support during emergencies or disruptions Stay current with travel industry trends, technologies, and regulations Booking travel: Making all necessary reservations for flights, hotels, and rental cars, while adhering to corporate policies and negotiated rates. Itinerary management: Creating detailed itineraries that include all transportation, lodging, and activities, and providing relevant information like customs and visa requirements. Budget and cost management: Working with budgets and seeking the best rates to ensure business travel is cost-effective and compliant with corporate travel policies. Client support: Acting as a point of contact for employees to assist with booking changes, address travel problems or emergencies, and answer questions. Policy and compliance: Ensuring all travel aligns with the company’s travel policy, including duty of care responsibilities and other regulations. Split afterhours and office hours service. Qualifications Proficiency in travel management software and tools (e.g., Concur, SAP Travel, Sabre GDS) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Preferred Skills Certification in travel management (e.g., GBTA’s Global Travel Professional) Experience with international travel logistics and visa requirements Familiarity with sustainability practices in corporate travel 2 years with Sabre or similar GDS experience About Virtual Staffing Solutions We specialize in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
