Job Summary We are looking for an experienced professional to handle vendor payments, ensure accurate invoice processing, and oversee the accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel, combined with a strong background in accounts payable operations and financial controls. This position requires keen attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoice review, processing, and payment execution. Verify supporting documents and approvals to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing. Track outstanding payables and maintain compliance with company policies and payment terms. Perform reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end financial closing activities. Prepare reports, validate data, and conduct analysis using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and related issues. Provide documentation and reports to support audits as required. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Background in accounts payable, vendor relations, and reconciliation. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience as an accounting or finance officer/lead is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
