Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Graphic Designer, OLG will be responsible formanaging relationships with our high-value players, providing them withpersonalized service and ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction. This rolerequires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the gamingindustry, and the ability to develop and implement VIP strategies that enhanceplayer engagement and retention.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • VIP RelationshipManagement: Build andmaintain strong relationships with VIP players, providing them withpersonalized support and attention.
  • VIP Programs: Develop and manage VIP programs, includingexclusive promotions, events, and rewards tailored to the needs and preferencesof high-value players.
  • PlayerRetention: Implementstrategies to retain VIP players and minimize churn, ensuring a high level ofplayer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • PersonalizedService: Provideexceptional service to VIP players, addressing their inquiries, concerns, andfeedback promptly and professionally.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze player data and behavior toidentify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhancing the VIPexperience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Solaire on-premisesplayer development teams, marketing, customer support, and product teams toensure a seamless and coordinated approach to player development management.
  • PerformanceMonitoring: Track andreport on the performance of VIP programs, using key metrics to measure successand identify areas for improvement.
  • EventManagement: Plan andexecute exclusive VIP events, both online and offline, to engage and reward VIPplayers.
  • Market Research: Stay informed aboutindustry trends and best practices in VIP management, incorporating new ideasand innovations into the VIP strategy.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in VIPmanagement or customer relationship management, preferably within the onlinegaming or entertainment industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree inmarketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
