About the Role We are looking to expand our team of graphic designers to meet increasing demand for graphical assets for new and existing products. As a graphic designer you will: Prepare high-quality graphical assets for Amazon listings from scratch by researching the product, extracting key information, and presenting it visually in a convincing and attractive way, with basic guidance from the Product Manager. Support 3D rendering tasks when requested. Participate in the creative process and execution of new brands, logo design, branding material and brand identity. Design stylish packaging and user manuals to give customers a strong first impression and help them understand and use the product easily. Share input and graphical knowledge in a collaborative environment. Bring new ideas to the table and proactively improve processes and competencies. You will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and join the Graphic Design Team. You will work closely with Product Managers to create the best possible listings, manuals, and packaging. The role also offers opportunities to grow skills, productivity, and responsibilities over time. About You This role is a good fit if you: Compose visually appealing images that are easy to understand. Have strong technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw. Have 3D product modelling and rendering skills to support Amazon listings when needed. Can execute tasks quickly, work independently, and take ownership. Handle workload peaks with focus and efficiency. Can translate product benefits visually and convey the intended vibe to customers. Prefer research, including checking competitors and learning from resources like YouTube. Possess strong communication and organizational skills; willing to learn with a growth mindset. Can give and receive constructive criticism; works well in teams and respects others’ needs. Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality material efficiently. Have proficient English language skills; adaptable and flexible to change. Amazon listing experience is a plus, but not required. Your 3D Skillset: Comfortable with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya or similar) and preparing files for cross-compatibility between software. Familiar with PBR texturing and basic UV mapping. Familiarity with KeyShot is a plus, but not required. Conditions Location: Remote Compensation: 1500 EUR/month and up based on profile. Pay-rise policy: annually (up to 6%) based on performance. Yearly bonus based on company performance. Work anniversary bonus: 500 EUR per year with the company. Yearly IT budget: 500 EUR for IT expenses. Yearly gift allowance: 500 EUR to buy gifts for friends and family from our brands. Company products included as part of your setup. 20 days of paid holiday per year.
