Architectural Supervisor

Overview The Architectural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of project implementation on-site, ensuring that construction activities align with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and various internal departments to monitor progress, identify and resolve site issues, and support project delivery within schedule and budget. Key Responsibilities Monitor the progress of architectural works and report project status, discrepancies, and site conflicts to the Construction Manager. Conduct inspections of contractor installations across all architectural trades, ensuring adherence to construction methodologies, design intent, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and colleagues from other business units to ensure project alignment and smooth implementation. Review shop drawings and other technical submissions for accuracy and compliance with design requirements. Prepare and organize architectural documents necessary to support project progress and avoid delays. Assist in the review, validation, and reconciliation of contractor billing prior to processing. Contribute to the preparation of project reports and documentation for management updates and executive presentations. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend actionable solutions to the Construction Manager to minimize project delays and maintain construction integrity. Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and Rockwell’s internal standards of excellence. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Licensed Architect (PRC Registered) At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural supervision, site inspection, or project implementation Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, finishes, and construction methods Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment Proficient in MS Office and design tools such as AutoCAD; familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
