Primary Position Objectives The role of the Architectural Project Manager is to oversee the design process of a building or urban design project assigned to his/her team. He/she monitors the progress of the process, while also contributing in the leg work of the design. The Architectural Project manager develops, organizes, and reviews building plans, ensuring that a project meets all safety and environmental standards ensuring the integration of the Palafox brand on environmental sustainability. Duties and responsibilities Manage a team of Project Architects Work on multiple projects Participation in the design process Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings Development of schematic design and design development Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance and according to terms and conditions of contract Coordination of the project team’s work Monitor the progress of all Architecture/Urban Design phases per assigned project Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc. Responsible for project schedule and budget Build and maintain client relations Preferred Skills and Qualifications: At least 5-10 years of experience as a licensed Architect Good standing in relevant professional associations Experience in Architecture, Master Planning and/or Urban design planning and development Strong negotiation skills for internal and external purposes. Experience in successfully presenting designs and proposals at client meetings and industry events Project Management experience Proficient in Architectural softwares such as AutoCAD and Revit, Others can be SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe or similar tools With excellent communication skills Note: We sincerely appreciate the interest of all applicants in joining our team.
