Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in credit risk , product strategy, and data insights to lead the development and scaling of credit underwriting products for businesses. This role is both strategic and technical-you'll translate market needs into actionable product roadmaps while collaborating cross-functionally with IT, legal, sales, and data teams.Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for credit risk solutions in alignment with company goals. Drive product discovery through market research, competitive benchmarking, and user feedback. Translate business credit risk insights into product features, dashboards, and scalable tools that enhance underwriting and risk assessment. Build and scale credit-related products, from concept to launch, with a focus on measurable impact and client adoption. Define product KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to track performance. Work closely with tech teams on API integration and product architecture, ensuring seamless functionality. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth delivery and go-to-market execution. Maintain awareness of relevant financial regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance considerations (nice to have). Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive development cycles, manage backlogs, and deliver on sprint goals. The Successful Applicant Experience in Product Management (+5 years): from financial services, corporates, etc. Clear understanding of business credit underwriting, risk assessment, financial/accounting background: financial and credit expertise Familiar with regulatory requirements (optional, nice to have) Experience in building and scaling products Ability to define roadmaps, KPIs, product success metrics Strong market research and analysis skills Technical skills: ability to work with API integration (nice to have) Ability to collaborate with IT, legal, sales, marketing Proficiency in scrums/ agile methods (nice to have) What's on Offer Opportunity to own and shape mission-critical credit products in a growing, impact-driven company.
