JOB DESCRIPTION The Procurement is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and accurate review of requisitions and the creation of purchase orders submitted by internal employees across various departments and countries. This role requires strict adherence to legal requirements and BI internal guidelines. Key responsibilities include the timely management and prioritization of procurement tasks to ensure compliance with established service level agreements and procurement standards. ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery by executing the following key procurement responsibilities: Requisition and Purchase Order Processing Perform quality checks and create purchase orders for both indirect and direct procurement. Ensure adherence to standardized processes and compliance with sourcing category guidelines and country-specific regulations. Invoice Verification and PO Change Management Conduct invoice checks related to purchase orders and implement requested changes to support a seamless end-to-end procurement workflow. Master Data Maintenance Execute defined master data tasks, including mass updates of purchasing information records and source lists, based on established criteria. MyServices Incident Management Handle procurement-related incidents using the MyServices ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Reporting and Performance Support Prepare and contribute to the development of performance metrics reports and presentations to support continuous improvement and decision-making. Market Support Provide backup support for other English-speaking markets as required, ensuring business continuity and cross-market collaboration QUALIFICATION The outsourced service requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience in procurement (S2P Process) Proficiency in tools such as SAP is preferred. Strong conversational communication skills are essential to effectively engage with and support business needs.
