About the Role

The Account Coordinator plays a key supporting role in the execution and delivery of creative outputs across a wide range of production solutions—including digital, TV, print, radio, and entertainment. From project kick-off through completion, this role helps ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external vendors, the Account Coordinator ensures smooth processes, efficient execution, and consistent high-quality output for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing execution approaches and production scopes for creative projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day project administration including purchase orders, trafficking, and tracking deliverables.
  • Support the team in identifying and implementing new execution options that maximize efficiency and value for clients.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Stay informed on the latest advertising technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team, ensuring seamless operations across projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior internship or experience in advertising, marketing, or production coordination is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
