Job Description

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology or any courses (Professional Licensure or relevant certification is an advantage)
  • At least two (2) years of related experience as QAC Staff in a food manufacturing industry. Training on QMS, Food Safety, cGWP/cGMP and among others is a plus
  • Willing to work in Navotas City

Application of Skills and Abilities

  • Supports the implementation of all policies, processes and initiatives in QA functions: Quality Assurance and Control, cGWP/cGMP and other quality-related standards, QMS, and QAC reports/analytics
  • Monitors quality and food safety plans during blending operations; checks materials for quality, expiry, traceability, and related details; validates products for rework; ensures compliance to manufacturing procedures; monitors pest control; conducts sampling and testing; ensures proper environmental conditions for materials; collaborates with Production Department; prepares NCRs and tracks corrective actions; prepares monthly NC reports and actions
  • Assists in training on cGWP/cGMP, Food Safety, HACCP; conducts in-house seminars for new and existing staff
  • Implements QMS policies, attends trainings and audits, and supports continuous improvement
  • Generates and maintains QAC reports and analytics (e.g., BSC-OGSM, Corrective Action Reports, deviation reports, inspection monitoring)

Job Details :

  • Schedule: 8 hour shift

Quality Assurance Analyst — Mandaluyong City

  • Assist in ensuring quality and consistency of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
  • Monitor and audit processes and production areas for GMP compliance
  • Perform laboratory functions: material prep, analysis, sample storage, and related QC tasks

Qualifications :

  • BS Food Technology (preferred)
  • MS Office proficiency
  • English and Filipino language
  • Flexible, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work in Makati or Mandaluyong
  • 4 Full-Time positions available

Salary : Php15,100.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule : Day shift, Night shift
