You’ll be the face of Light & Wonder in Asia, forging key partnerships, setting commercial direction, and ensuring operational excellence. The Role Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Managing Director, International, you will be responsible for driving the region’s commercial outcomes, running the sales teams, overseeing key partnerships, setting commercial strategy, and managing the Gaming division’s operational excellence. The Asia region is growing at pace and this position requires a strong, commercially astute leader. Candidate Profile The MD, Asia for Gaming should be a talented, multifaceted leader capable of inspiring a senior leadership team and delivering top‑line and bottom‑line results. A strategic commercial leader with a track record of growth in a highly matrixed, complex environment and experience in regulated Asian markets is essential. Knowledge and Experience Proven hands‑on leader as a GM of a major business unit or region with a strong track record of execution and shareholder value creation. Extensive experience in the Asian marketplace. Strong business performance record with operational excellence. Expertise in key customer, relationship and account management. Familiarity with highly regulated markets. Strong financial acumen and quantitative planning. Professional experience in commercial negotiations and structures. Effective communication with Board, Senior Management, and stakeholders. Metrics‑driven focus on financial performance and customer engagement. Proven change‑management abilities.
