Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events)
  • Supervise the marketing team, including assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and providing guidance
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Oversee content development, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies
  • Manage social media strategies and digital marketing initiatives
  • Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows
  • Maintain and manage the marketing budget efficiently
  • Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy is preferred
Skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing software, CRM systems)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
