We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager to oversee Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), delivering key insights that support decision-making, improve profitability, and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts .
  • Develop profitability models for clients, programs, and overall operations.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track financial and operational KPIs .
  • Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual) and report findings to the CFO .
  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure financial plans align with organizational goals .

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting , or Economics (MBA preferred ).
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis , with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role .
  • Proficient in financial tools such as QuickBooks Online Advanced , Power BI , and Microsoft Excel .
  • Strong analytical, presentation , and storytelling skills .
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable business insights .
