FINANCE MANAGER

Job Summary: The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations of Toyota Valencia, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role is key to ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the dealership through effective leadership, financial analysis, and risk management. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of financial systems and business operations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies in alignment with business goals. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business improvements. Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and compliance documentation. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend solutions to mitigate or capitalize on them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Cash Flow and Fund Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity and sustainability. Evaluate and manage funding needs, loans, and investment opportunities. System Proficiency: Utilize financial tools and software to streamline reporting and analysis. Ensure integration and optimization of financial systems.
