Credit Investigator

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Investigator to join our Branch in Valencia City, Bukidnon. As a CI, you will play a crucial role in evaluating credit applications and assessing the value of collateral to support lending decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive credit investigations and analysis to evaluate the credit-worthiness of applicants
• Preparing detailed credit reports
• Liaising with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather necessary information
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit evaluation processes

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or any Business-related courses.
• Banking/Financial Institution experience is a plus.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills
• With proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
• Team player and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle/four-wheeled vehicle with a valid driver's license.
