Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and IT BPM industry knowledge. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working Setup: Hybrid with office in BGC

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote Client's products and services.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support the sales process.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including posting relevant content and engaging with followers.
  • Plan and execute events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to promote Client's products and services.
  • Analyze marketing communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the IT BPM industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Contribute ideas and design artwork to meet the overall brief and associated objectives.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas.
  • Pitching innovative ideas for blogs, newsletters, and website content.
  • Writing engaging content.
  • Editing the written content for spelling, grammar, and sentence structure.
  • Engaging with the audience by responding to comments and feedback.
  • Conducting thorough research before writing.
  • Creating supporting content like videos, infographics, and Facebook Live.
  • Proofreading all written and visual content.
  • Monitoring the engagement rate on published post.

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication or similar field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital marketing.
  • Basic proofreading and copyediting skills
  • Superior command over the English language
  • Highly-attentive to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly creative and imaginative.
  • An online portfolio or work samples showing experience in writing for various advertising or marketing channels.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
