WTW is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Job Description The Role involves creating and leading a small dynamic team to act as a Pool of Service supporting the portfolio & associated Programmes. Key responsibilities include: Designing Engagement tools to support resource allocations Creating Functional Team reporting on Demand and Capacity Creation of supporting analysis artefacts such as process and data models where appropriate Recommending controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures Leading information gathering research to feed into project artefacts necessary to meet Stage Gates. Supporting Project manager in gathering and creating requirements through liaising with key stakeholders within the business Analysing impact of changes to policies, processes and technology Consulting and working with stakeholders from across WTW Proactively engaging with departments across WTW to understand current procedures and technologies used Writing and owning user stories and acceptance criteria where appropriate Considering all audit, compliance, security requirements during projects Ad hoc reporting as required. Qualifications: Past experience in Leading & Empowering resources in your Teams Gap analysis experience Broad knowledge of Technology “On Prem” and “Cloud” Financial Services background Team player and collaboration skills Agile/Waterfall or combined experience Analysing impact of change experience Able to multi-task and work with differing stakeholders Coherent, concise verbal and written communication Writing and refining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Personal Attributes: Integrity in all dealings both internal and external Highly motivated self-starter Demonstrating a can-do attitude Being open and honest in dialogue, processes and seeking consensus in decision making WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
