Join our dynamic Client Account Services team and shape the future of client access management. Be at the heart of transformational change and technology innovation, driving excellence in service delivery.
As a Client Data Analyst in the Client Account Services (CAS) - Custody Entitlements Team, you will manage electronic banking access for Securities Services clients. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Clients, Client Service/Solutions, Middle Office, and Help Desk, to understand client requirements, manage inquiries, and control access. Your role requires a clear understanding of the Securities Services business and the ability to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Job Responsibilities

  • Complete client instructions and queries with timeliness and accuracy, adhering to standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
  • Perform validations on client instructions and administer user access to electronic banking products in a controlled manner.
  • Identify operational risk scenarios and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Assist Clients, Client Service, Middle Office, and Help Desk in resolving concerns.
  • Anticipate and manage escalation-prone scenarios proactively.
  • Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a client liaison role in a financial organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Comfortable dealing with both internal and external clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven skills in time management and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work under time-sensitive business deadlines independently.
  • Amenable to work on a night-time schedule following North America hours.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
  • Experience with new age tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, etc.
