Overview Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Supports Petron’s main selling business units (Trades) attain their respective Operating Plan targets by coordinating with various groups within the Company to ensure that required resources (product, logistics, manpower, capex funding, etc) will be available in a timely manner and by providing relevant information and analysis to guide the Trades in their business strategies and decision-making. Responsibilities Leads the annual Business Planning exercise by:Presenting the various assumptions and relevant scenarios and developments that will guide the Trades in developing their Operating Plan targets on volume and margins Using Anaplan to process and analyze Trade’s proposed volume and margin targets to ensure alignment to company objectives Processing and analyzing Trade’s proposed opex and capex budgets to determine alignment with budget guidelines and relevant so support the Trade’s proposed volume and margins Processing and analyzing Trade’s other business plan targets (Days receivable, non-fuel income, manpower requirement, etc) Finalizing Trade’s submitted data into the required exhibit forms by BPDD Packaging the Trade’s Business Plan submissions into a cohesive presentation material that will convey the Trade’s strategies, plans, and programs and resource requirements for the Operating Plan year for the approval of the company’s Management Committee. Presenting the said Business Plan material to the Division VP. Assisting the Trades in allocating the Management-approved volume and margin targets into grassroots level with the use of Anaplan Prepares regular reports to monitor the volume and margin performance of the Trades vs. approved Operating plan targets, vs. latest outlook, and vs. previous year’s performance to assess attainment of budget commitments and the need to revise business strategies as necessaryPrepares and presents weekly VPs meeting materials Prepares opex budget utilization reports Prepares performance report for Sales Incentive Program Prepares other performance assessment reports as required Evaluates economic feasibility of Trade’s proposed capex projects and coordinates with BPPD for the required fundingConducts post facto evaluation of completed projects to determine effectiveness of program Attends the regular Supply Chain Management meeting toCoordinate various operational issues of the Trades to concerned groups Be updated of relevant developments within the company’s Supply Chain that will impact the Trade’s volume planning and margin targets and coordinate the same with the concerned groups for appropriate action Coordinates with the Trades for their latest Rolling Six Month Sales (RSMS) projections, processes and analyses the submitted data, and forwards to concerned departments as input for their operational processes Keeps abreast of economic developments, emerging marketing trends, new business opportunity, and other relevant information in the industry to recommend business strategies to counter threats or maximize sales. Maintains historical databases on volume and margin performance and updates these databases on a regular basis May also be tasked to handle special planning-related projects/studies.
