Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Strategic Planning & Execution - Develop and implement tailored account strategies aligned with client objectives to drive measurable growth. Account Growth - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to expand business within your accounts. Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Finance) to deliver seamless client experiences. Performance Monitoring - Track account health using KPIs, feedback, and regular business reviews, proactively addressing risks and opportunities. Issue Resolution - Handle client escalations promptly and professionally, maintaining strong confidence and satisfaction. Market Awareness - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client strategies and value delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, customer success, or related client-facing roles. Demonstrated success in executing strategies that drive account growth and retention. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple complex accounts with strong organizational discipline. Proactive problem-solver and strategic thinker with a record of consistent follow-through. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and evidence-driven account management. Employment type: Full-time.
