Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans
• Explain policy options, benefits, and terms to clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders
• Achieve sales targets and qualify for incentives (e.g., Local and International Travel rewards)
• Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products
• Process applications and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
