Job Description

Skills required:

  • Thorough understanding of Training Content optimization along with Adult Learning principles/ Andragogy
  • Knowledgeable on the domain - Insurance (Claims / Sales / Service)
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders / clients
  • Analytical ability to understand business impact of numbers including Capacity Planning, P&L, Budgets and the Learning Curve ROI
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and multiple locations, driving KPIs
  • In-depth understanding of training metrics and their impact to business metrics
  • In-depth understanding of TNI/ TNA process and ability to recommend process improvements
  • Awareness of tools for Training delivery, including digital and AI tools
  • Experience with various training methodologies and knowledge of Instructional Design
  • Market Research & analysis on training models and awareness of current trends in the training industry
  • Experience with innovative projects on digital transformation for training
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations/time zones
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clients, Operations, Quality, WFM and Training Teams to facilitate Process and Skills training (New Hire Training, Recursive Training, Remedial Training, Skills Training by tenure and performance)
  • Provide real-time support to Training Team Members on Facilitation and People Management
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify process improvement projects and launch end-to-end initiatives
  • Act as a consultant to Operations to identify process improvements and quality initiatives
  • Maintain process hygiene by ensuring reports, data and documents are in place
  • Governance and adherence to contractual requirements
  • Promote behavioural training programs and maximize participation
  • Analyze data and suggest measures to improve revenue generation for the function
  • Be willing to travel to multiple locations to ensure seamless training delivery
