On-site - Mandaluyong 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Project Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising engineering projects from start to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery in accordance with company standards and client requirements. This includes project planning, on-site supervision, coordination with suppliers and clients, and managing material requirements and inventory. The ideal candidate must be technically skilled, proactive, and capable of leading field operations while maintaining efficient communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination Manage and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion. Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed project plans. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with clients and internal teams. Prepare schedules, manpower plans, and equipment requirements. Execution and Monitoring Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of security and safety systems such as CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, and Alarm Systems. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion within budget. Resolve on-site issues and provide immediate technical solutions. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics teams for material delivery. Responsible for ordering and monitoring of materials needed for each project. Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials, tools, and equipment used on-site. Coordinate with the Purchasing and Accounting departments to ensure proper documentation and timely procurement. Ensure that all materials are properly stored, handled, and utilized efficiently to minimize waste. Quality and Safety Compliance Ensure all work complies with company standards, client specifications, and safety policies. Implement quality control procedures and ensure documentation of testing and commissioning. Enforce on-site safety and report any violations or incidents immediately. Client and Stakeholder Communication Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders in Bulacan. Provide regular progress updates, reports, and technical briefings. Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and partners. Team Leadership and Development Lead and supervise field technicians and subcontractors. Mentor apprentices and junior engineers. Coordinate closely with internal departments for smooth project handover and completion. Recommend process improvements and cost‑efficient solutions. Utilize project management tools and modern technology for better project tracking. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (Licensed or Non‑Licensed). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing or supervising engineering or construction projects. Experience in security and safety systems installation is an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong background in project management, scheduling, and resource planning. Knowledgeable in materials requisition, procurement coordination, and inventory management. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project). Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for site visits. Personal Qualities: Responsible, organized, and trustworthy. Can work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Has leadership potential and willingness to be trained as a future Project Manager .
