IT Database and ERP Administrator

Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and reliability of Vivant's databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, whether hosted on-premise or in the cloud. This role involves technical and administrative oversight, maintaining seamless operations across servers, databases, and ERP platforms. The role leads incident response and troubleshooting to quickly resolve system issues and supports design and engineering of new projects that enhance business processes. It also supports training and development initiatives to strengthen user capability and maximize effective use of database and ERP solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure reliability of databases and ERP systems (on-premise or cloud).
  • Provide technical and administrative oversight across servers, databases, and ERP platforms.
  • Lead incident response and troubleshooting to resolve system issues quickly.
  • Contribute to design and engineering of new projects that improve business processes.
  • Support training and development initiatives to strengthen user capability and maximize use of database and ERP solutions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of technical or relevant experience.
  • Related certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Database Specialty) is a plus.
  • Experience in server systems administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficient in ERP platforms such as Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV), SAP HANA, or other similar systems.
