Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Work Arrangement : Work From HomeSchedule : Night Shift Responsibilities Monitor and track actual vs. forecast/profile metrics, including footprint, throughput, and stackability. Compile data for profitability analysis, including revenue, footprint, throughput, and stackability. Prepare and maintain materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including drafting, formatting, and distributing PowerPoint decks and other supporting documents. Assist with tracking post‑QBR follow‑ups to ensure completion. Ensure promised actions to customers are completed. Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications Experience in 3PL or Logistics Operations (food sector preferred). Advanced proficiency in Excel, including multi‑criteria lookups, array formulas, nested functions, PivotTables, etc. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Experience preparing QBRs or working in customer success roles. Proficient in SQL for complex queries, database design, and data integrity.
