Job Overview

The Lead Digital Project Manager leads a team of project managers to ensure successful execution of large,complex digital projects. Oversees the development and implementation of digital project strategies that drivebusiness growth. Fosters a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the projectmanagement team. Ensures digital projects align with overall business objectives and support business

Your Responsibilities:

• Overall Team Coordination
  • Lead a team of project managers, ensuring the successful execution of large, complex digital projects,
  • Ensure effective collaboration across project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives,
  • Coordinate and align project plans with overall business objectives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently,
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-level decisions and directions on digital projects within the organization.
• Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor the progress of all digital projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met,
  • Track project performance against key milestones and KPIs, adjusting plans and resources as needed to stay on track,
  • Report project status, risks, and recommendations to the team lead, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly,
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, adjusting strategies to overcome challenges and deliver projects successfully,
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess project progress and team efficiency, implementing adjustments as necessary.
• Team Development
• • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the project management team,
  • Mentor and develop project managers and team members, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to succeed,
  • Promote knowledge sharing among team members to enhance project management skills and project success,
  • Provide constructive feedback to project managers and team members, helping them to improve their skills and performance,
  • Encourage professional growth within the team, offering opportunities for training and development in digital project management.

What our Client is Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Linguistic, Computer Science or a related field,
• Expertise in project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies,
• Strong proficiency in financial management for large-scale projects,
• Ability to oversee project portfolios, track performance metrics, and refine processes,
• Excellent ability to identify risks and opportunities and make data-driven decisions,
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and clients,
• Ability to provide strategic direction and updates to executives,
• 5 to 7years of experience including leadership roles in digital project management,
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-budget projects,
• Ability to lead large teams and multi-disciplinary projects,
• Visionary leadership and ability to drive team success.
