We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and systems — and wants to play a key role in supporting a fast-paced, tech-driven recruitment business. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support to the recruitment and leadership team. Maintain and update records in the company CRM system , ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Conduct data entry, candidate tracking, and contact management within CRM and LinkedIn. Assist in building and managing talent pools across multiple regions and technology verticals. Support LinkedIn activities such as job posting, candidate searches, connection requests, and message follow-ups. Prepare and format candidate CVs. Perform general administrative tasks as required to help the team run efficiently. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems (preferably recruitment CRMs like Bullhorn, Vincere, or similar). Working knowledge of LinkedIn for professional networking and research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive mindset — able to anticipate needs and take initiative. Comfortable working in a remote environment with global colleagues.
