Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, filings, and reporting for the organization. Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with company goals. Review tax returns and ensure adherence to local and international tax laws. Manage external audits and coordinate with government agencies. Provide expert guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions. Coach and mentor tax associates to build technical and leadership capability. Qualifications CPA preferred, with strong background in corporate taxation and compliance. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management, audit, or advisory. Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws and reporting standards. Strategic thinker with attention to detail and integrity.
