Your role Provides monthly generated reports of consolidated quality metrics for Corporate Scorecard reporting during monthly Corporate Quality Assurance and Compliance (CQA&C) Management meeting Assists in the development and monitoring of the total CQA&C budget Ensures that all Division-relevant information is updated and published as digital content in the CQA&C Portal Provides administrative support to the Division Head by preparing, organizing, and coordinating requirements for official business travels, conferences, expense reports, purchase and budget requisitions, and the like. Manages the Division Head's calendar of activities by understanding the objectives of the activities, ensuring they are appropriately prioritized, resolving schedule conflicts, and giving timely reminders. Screens phone calls, incoming emails, and other correspondences. Carries out effective general administrative support for the Division Facilitates all forms of correspondence pertaining to divisional meeting agreements and follow-up actions to ensure the accomplishment of objectives Conducts research and prepares technical presentations or reports for CQA&C Division Head as assigned Anticipates the needs and provides administrative assistance to the Division Head by typing, transcribing, scanning, filing, routing, and monitoring confidential documents Training, development, and rotations Unilab recognizes the criticality of investing in employee training and development. About you Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Technology Open to fresh graduates ; candidates with at least one (1) year of experience in an administrative-related function are an advantage Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel Must have time management, customer service, and organization skills Licensed Pharmacist, Chemist, and Chemical Technologist candidates are preferred How to apply To apply for this position, simply click the "Apply" button on this page.
