Now we’re building something big — digital cohorts, global workshops, and online programs that help small business owners get traction in their lives and companies. We need a Kajabi-obsessed Course & Funnel Captain to make it all run beautifully. Your Mission (aka What You’ll Do) If you dream in automations and cringe at broken links, this role is your jam. You’ll be responsible for: Building, managing, and maintaining all courses, programs, and funnels in Kajabi Setting up and testing automations, tags, and email sequences that actually work Managing the full client journey — from “I saw your ad” to “I finished the course” Uploading and organizing videos, lessons, and bonus content Tracking signups, conversions, and engagement metrics weekly Being the friendly human behind customer support (emails, access issues, “how do I login?”) Coordinating with the marketing team to make sure campaigns flow perfectly into Kajabi Creating a frictionless, wow-worthy student experience every single time You’re Perfect If You… Have 2+ years of Kajabi experience (non-negotiable — you’ll live in Kajabi every day) Have built or managed real online courses or coaching programs (show us examples) Can troubleshoot automations, checkouts, and emails without breaking a sweat Understand the basics of funnels (lead magnets → checkout → thank you → course) Love organization, documentation, and creative problem-solving Have excellent English writing and communication skills Get satisfaction from fixing things before anyone notices they’re broken Bonus: You’re familiar with Zapier, Systeme.io, Meta Pixels, and Google Analytics Show Us Kajabi Skills In your application, please include: Links or screenshots of courses or funnels you’ve built in Kajabi A short paragraph about the coolest automation or customer experience you’ve ever created (Optional) A short Loom video walking us through a Kajabi course or page you’re proud of Why You’ll Love It Here Work directly with Calvin Smith, one of only 750 Professional EOS Implementers worldwide Be part of a creative, remote-first team that loves systems and fun Huge growth potential — this role could evolve into Director of Digital Operations Learn behind-the-scenes of high-performing coaching and cohort funnels Top performers can earn $400–$500/month in bonuses, raising total comp to ~$2,000/mo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
