Duties and Responsibilities :

• Must have experience with logistics or similar job
• Proactive, hardworking and self-motivated
• Handles dispatch of driver and helper
• Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivery and over the road assistance
• Take ownership of client issues and follow-through till resolution
• Responsible for accurate and speedy processing of all billing and payroll issues
• Prepare and manage payroll of employees
• Manage trip liquidation
• Perform daily closing and balancing of budget and receipts
• Maintain and manage daily logs of transactions in an organized manner

Requirements :

• Accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, hardworking and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office/ Google Docs
• Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
• Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
• Willing to work in Silang, Cavite

Salary : Php10,000.00 - Php10,500.00 per month
