Program Manager at RCBC Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Summary Primarily responsible for the development, design, and implementation of data science‑driven campaigns and targeted product offerings through the bank’s digital and traditional channels. Also responsible for creating and implementing marketing communication materials, special projects, events, and other campaigns across multiple distribution channels to promote the bank’s presence and deposit products. Responsibilities Provide first‑level formulation of product/service strategies under the Department Head’s direction. Conduct regular performance review and analysis of assigned product and services line and output on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Provide branches with customer profiles, possible leads, industry best practices and trends to help identify best‑fit products in coordination with the Smart Acquisition Department. Manage a portfolio of customers availing assigned products and services, providing oversight on implementation and after‑sales support. Initiate and drive communication and entrenchment of Customer Experience across all touchpoints, acting as point lead for collaboration between different groups. Handle escalated issues and make necessary decisions, seeking higher management approval when required. Create concepts for defining end‑to‑end Digital Onboarding experience. Qualifications Graduate of any 4‑year course, preferably Business‑ or Marketing‑related, from a reputable university. Knowledge in Product Development and Management, Product Marketing & Campaigns, Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, and related fields. At least 1 year experience in product development, management and/or marketing, preferably from a financial institution or FMCG. Strong ability to work well and remain level‑headed in a banking environment, with a focus on continual improvement, innovation, and organization to achieve timely success.
