Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and offer solutions that align with OX Group’s offerings.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Process sales orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the Australian sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with OX Group’s product range, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and outbound sales initiatives.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions by engaging with customers and driving awareness.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales or telesales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Prior experience selling into the Australian market is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the construction, trade, or tools industry is a plus.
