Job Description Overview

A Project Contract Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing contract-related activities within a project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. They work closely with project managers, legal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of contracts while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, or project execution (preferably in construction, or oil & gas).
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering, and negotiation strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, contract management software, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
