Schedule: 8 hour shift

Plans, develops, implements, administers activities and daily operations related to the governmental affairs support function.

• Build and maintains communications with various National Government / Local Government Units and constituency groups, agencies including and lobbyists in order to provide effective support services.
• Monitors government activities and news reports.
• Performs internal research and external registry and Municipal research.
• Build and maintains relationship with all kinds of customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Provide transparent information or message from Government, constituents and/or customers to the company decision makers.
• Organizes, assists or helps to schedule meetings with the relevant key people.
• Creates and updates relevant database for any document with the government and customers.
• Provides support for other departments projects as necessary.

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of related experience either in Government setting or Government relation
• Willing to work in Ortigas business district
