Responsibilities Lead inDrive’s public policy strategy in the Philippines, focusing on regulatory engagement, advocacy, and strategic government relations. Build and maintain trusted relationships with national and local government agencies eg DOTr, LTFRB, MMDA, DILG, legislators, and policymakers. Monitor and analyse transport related legislative and regulatory developments, including those relevant to ride-hailing, digital platforms and mobility as a service. Develop and execute engagement strategies to support inDrive’s market expansion, license acquisition, and compliance efforts. Collaborate with cross functional teams legal, communications, operations, sustainability to shape aligned policy positions. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in public policy, government relations, regulatory affairs, or public sector engagement preferably in digital economy sectors. Demonstrated experience working with or within government agencies, union groups and policymakers in digital regulation and labour reforms. Familiarity with platform economy and the policy and political environments that surround them. Strong network of contacts across relevant Philippine government institutions, industry associations, and key stakeholders. Strong policy analysis, writing, and strategic thinking skills.
